Question:I need an algebra calculator that is free and shows you steps. I am looking at the answer key to this portion of questions I am doing and it doesn't show how they got the answer. Please? No pay sites please. I want to learn how to do the steps, that is why I am asking for them to be shown. I know myalgebra.com has a calculator but to show steps it takes a payment. Please don't tell me that I shouldn't use a calculator, I just want to use it on a couple equations so that I know that I am doing the steps correctly. Because as of right now, I have no idea what I am doing.

Question:This is what I know so far. 1/3+5/6+3/8= 1 13/24. Yea, I used a scientific calculator. But I need to show my work. I know how to get the LCD, what I don't know is how to convert all of the top numbers. I started with 1/3 + 5/6 + 3/8 =8/24 +?/24 + 9/24 the examples I am using shows 20/24, however, I do not understand how to get 20 ? puzzled. Please help. THANK YOU!

Answers:divide the 24 by 6 to get 4 and then multiply that by 5 to get 20. it seems as if you did this correctly for the other two.
