Question:I need to get a 3d animation software (besides blender), that is 150$ or less. Thats my budget. And key features i am looking for are being able to import tracked camera data, and being able to rig characters. So far, i dont know any that include the stuff i listed besides blender 3d which is hard for me to use.

Answers:for that budget, you probably will have to use at least two different applications. Below are some cheap camera tracking (some may be for educational use). You can then get Daz Studio (free) for animation. Daz Studio doesn't have rigging tools. That is ok. Studio allows you to import collada and fbx formats. Those two formats allow to you import rigged characters. So, with the money you have left, look for a rigger with collada or fbx support: milkshape 3d says they have fbx support. It's mainly for games, but it might work for you. You also might just want to bite the bullet and use blender for rigging and then export it as fbx or collada into daz studio. You could also model in Wings3d, import the object into blender to rig, then export to another application, to minimalize the time you spend in blender. Fragmotion might also work. You also might consider a conversion / uv unwrapper: unwrap3d.
