Question:its my third day of being an eight grade and my science teacher is telling us to find at least 5 branches of each type, can you help me!!

Answers:Most biological sciences (also known as life science) are specialized disciplines. Traditionally, they are grouped by the type of organism being studied: botany, the study of plants; zoology, the study of animals; and microbiology, the study of microorganisms. The fields within biology are further divided based on the scale at which organisms are studied and the methods used to study them: biochemistry examines the fundamental chemistry of life; molecular biology studies the complex interactions of systems of biological molecules; cellular biology examines the basic building block of all life, the cell; physiology examines the physical and chemical functions of the tissues and organ systems of an organism; and ecology examines how various organisms and their environment interrelate.T Here are four major disciplines in earth sciences, namely geography, geology, geophysics and geodesy.

Question:How are the four branches of earth science connnected? Branches: 1.Astronomy 2.Geology 3.Meteorology 4.Ocenography AND! How does Geology help use to understand the past??

Answers:the four branches are connected in a way because they all have to do with earth and where earth is located.(in space) Geology helps understand the past because if you look at rocks or canyons they have "clues" on or around them to show what happened in the past by there texture, shape, and conditon.

Question:

Answers:There are two real options here. In terms of general science, there are three branches: Mathematical science, physical science and earth science. Or, if you're talking purely about physical science, then chemistry, biology and physics are considered the three main branches.

It is arguably a special case in planetary science, the Earth being the only known life-bearing planet. There are both reductionist and holistic approaches to Earth science. There are four major disciplines in earth sciences, namely geography, geology, geophysics and geodesy. These major disciplines use physics, chemistry, biology, chronology and mathematics to build a quantitative understanding of the principal areas or spheres of the Earth system. The following fields of science are generally categorized within the geosciences: - Geology describes the rocky parts of the Earth's crust (or ...

Earth Science - The Four layers And Spheres of Earth :A video created as a small project for my Earth Science class. The assignment was to create something showing that you understand the concepts of the chapter, and I chose to create a video. The video describes the four spheres that make up our planet: The Geosphere, the Hydrosphere, the Atmosphere, and the Biosphere. It also goes in to detail about Wether or not Earth is an open or a closed system, and the four basic layers that make up our planet. Plus a little bit about the magnetic field.
