The delivery time is determined by mode of shipment/location, and a product will normally reach you in 5 to 7 working/business days via courier and speed post. For remote areas, it might take almost a week to more than 10 days via Value Payable Post (VPP). Business/working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
The product will be assigned a tracking number soon after it is shipped. Every customer will receive an SMS and email informing them of their product shipment along with the booking ID and tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your product on "My Account." Alternatively, you can also call our customer service at 080-30461059 who will be able to help you further.
The products are delivered by the following means:
1.Prepaid Customers: Speed Post.
2.Cash on Delivery (COD) customers: Select couriers (Aramex and First Flight).
3.COD customers living in remote areas: Value Payable Post (VPP).
