Continuing with my previous article on the various competitive exams available, this one concentrates on the academic competitive exams for students. There are many competitive exams that are conducted for higher studies in our country. Here are some of them. AIEEE – this is a national level competitive exam for students aspiring to study engineering and architectural courses in IIT and NIT, which are considered as the prestigious institutes in our country. Competitive exams form the base of many career avenues in our country. The list of competitive exams is endless with many opportunities up for grabs. The completive exams can be divided into 2 categories – academic exams and career oriented exams. This article attempts to create an awareness of the many career competitive exams that are there in our country and the various career avenues that they open up. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) – this is one of the most sought after exams to gain entry into various departments of civil services in our country. MCQ’s – the best way to complete them

There are many competitive exams which students take up in their lifetime. Competitive exams are mostly multiple choice questions, which have a set time and choice of answers. A student is anxious to finish his/her MCQs and in the hurry might make mistakes which can result in low grades/scores. The answers in the MCQs are usually confusing and can get the students to think twice before choosing on an answer. Cracking competitive entrance tests

When the class 12 board exams are at an end, the next phase of frantic and highly competitive preparations begins for the Common Entrance Tests. These are the defining moment and factor in a student’s life and career. Most students would have a clear idea of whether they wish to join Engineering colleges, Medical Colleges or management institutes. However there are criteria that should be met with before the exam and also following it.
