The teaching profession in India was and is still a challenging profession in many conditions and amidst wicked plots.  Teachers in many schools were also earlier pushed to teach large number of students.  Teachers were also paid poor salaries.  Now, conditions are slowly improving in some schools.  Now, teachers are slowly able to teach and guide around 30 students per class which makes the teaching profession less pressurizing and exploitative.  Teachers now enjoy more freedom to guide students in a brave, decent, egalitarian, humanitarian, sustainable and eco-friendlier manner. The beginning of each year is an amazing and inspiring time to discuss and bring about New Year resolutions.  When students are back to school and celebrating New Year, they will be energized and motivated to plan and bring about awesome New Year resolutions. The following is a New Year resolution idea/suggestion for teachers and students. Back to School – New Year Celebrations

Each New Year begins with hope for a truly wonderful future for all human beings.  A humanitarian, egalitarian, sustainable and eco-friendly future is what students need to move towards.  Celebrating truly awesome moments and also remembering our truly awesome past and learning from freedom fighters and human rights activists is also important.  During New Year holidays, many human beings all over the world go to be with friends and relatives and celebrate with prayers and music. Preparing for a new school year

Beginning a new year in your school life can be incredibly exciting. There are many opportunities and umpteen ways in which you can be occupied and so much to look forward to. Learning is of course a day by day process but being prepared can give you a real edge in your performance. When preparing for a new school year, there are a number of things you can do to ensure the process is smoother. One of the things to do is to read up before hand on the classes you have when your new term begins. Often a lot of new subjects may be there or portions may have been revised.
